Stash Over-Acquisition

As promised, here are pictures of the yarns that demanded to come home with me on Saturday. I had so much fun fondling them this morning during their photo shoot. They’re shameless, how they jump into my hands like that. Without further ado, let me introduce…

The Spring Collection, featuring periwinkles and lavenders

(l to r) Fa Re Baruffa 7 Settembre superwash wool in periwinkle, Valeria di Roma Topacio cotton/acrylic blend in periwinkle, and Anny Blatt wool/fine kid mohair in lavender

The Summer Collection, featuring coral and gold

(l to r) Tahki Laguna 2000 linen/viscose blend in gold and Valeria di Roma Topacio cotton/acrylic blend in coral

The Autumn Collection, featuring reds, eggplant purple and chocolate

(l to r) Bouton d’Or Baby Superwash wool in Orange (called orange on the label but it’s more of a red), Anny Blatt merino wool in Chocolat (called chocolat on the label but I think it’s more of an eggplant), and Filatura di Crosa Butterfly kid mohair/acrylic blend in chocolate

Finally, the Solo Collection, featuring the single skeins

(l to r) La Petite Knitterie Handpaints superwash merino wool in Vigne colorway, Cherry Tree Hill Supersock superwash merino wool in Monet colorway, Grignasco Prezioso wool/cashmere blend in berry

Here are the La Petite Knitterie Handpaints and Cherry Tree Hill Supersock up close and personal.

Breaking news! I just got my first skein from my One Skein Secret Pal. That’s saved for my next post. Thanks, OSSP!
